This summer has been so busy, my mom and I have been crochet a lot to try to get some great hats made. We have had quite a few that have been super cute this year. Here is one of our owls in bright colors.

This wonderful customer purchased these items as gifts for a friend and I had a lot of fun making these. The little girl skirts have a hot pink belt and the boys ties match with the girls. The shoes for the baby I just love they turned out just adorable.

With Easter getting closer I have gotten a few requests for Easter clothes and I have had a lot of fun making them. A few of them are clothes that I have not had on my shop yet but they turned out soooo cute. The turquoise and the pink were a big hit this year, they were so bright and fresh just perfect for spring. Above are a few pictures that I have.

I think that these spring dresses turned out so cute. I love the models that are wearing my clothes. These dresses would be perfect for sisters and then making ties for brothers out of the turquoise. Wow I can't believe it I have 3 posts in 1 day I think that is a record for me. I had to put this picture on tonight though. We just finished this hat today, my mom made it, I think that it is so cute. My nephew is getting this one, he is one lucky boy.

I finished the skirt for the Dang Gina Blog yesterday. I think that it turned out really cute and they love it which is nice. I love the colors with this skirt, I normally don't put pink and blue together but I really like it.

Making Custom clothes is great!

I love making custom cloths for my customers. I love being able to make something that I know is going to someone. When we have talked about it and what they see in their mind and then when they see it or once they get it how excited they are it is such a good feeling. This picture is of a wonderful customer in Hawaii and the shirt turned out so cute I just loved it and I know that they will get a lot of use out of it.

We have been really busy making hats or people and here are a few of what we have made. The puppy is cute but I think that the skunk is really cute, he has a Mohawk that goes all the way down the back.

Well we got our crazy hat done and I love it. We can make this with or without the curly cues. I did not make this one my mother did but I will have to learn how to make them. I put it on my son to model it.

Wow I can't believe how long it has been since I last posted. Christmas was a blur, I had a lot of craft shows and lots of sewing. I meet a lot of great people and had a great time at the shows. I love being able to meet everyone that buys my clothing. My mom and I have starting crocheting hats and it has been fun to have something to do with my mother. We have meet a wonderful women named Cat who loves our hats and has given us the push that we need to make some great hats. We have been making monkeys, owls, dogs, lions and anything else that we can think of. I am still sewing and making cloths and teaching sewing classes, this has been fun. I had a few requests to start teaching sewing classes and I have some great students that get so excited when they make something. That has been worth it for me to watch how happy they are when they have a finished project that they can wear or use. I will always find a way to create fun things and keeping busy.

The show up in Logan

I really like doing shows up in Logan, their are a lot of people that come to the shows and it is fun to meet every one of them. The Show is for 2 days, Friday and Saturday. I still have to get the times of the show and the address but I know right where it is at I might confuse you if I tell you where it is at, I am not always clear on my writing. When you first get into Logan and you are at the intersection that merges with the road coming from Hyrum their is a hotel and a restaurant on the right a little past that intersection. That is where this show will be. So tomorrow I will get the times and the actual address and let you know.

The Savvy Pear Boutique

I am doing a few shows this week that I think will be fun. The first one that I am doing is the Savvy Pear Boutique. Marilee and Michelle found me on Etsy and asked me to be in their show. At the last Art Market that I did I noticed that they were their also. After a while of doing these shows you start seeing I few of the same crafters from show to show and it gets fun you start getting Boutique friends. Well anyways here is a picture of the post card for this show. I will only be at the Salt Lake show which is Tuesday and Wednesday.

This past weekend, June 17-19, I went to Logan for Summerfest. I meet a lot of fun people and sold a lot of cloths. I am very glad that my cloths were a hit. Their was so many fun things that other crafters had made. One booth had the cutiest hats, another had zipper flower accessories, Suzie with justbefun.blogspot.com was their to with her skirts and purses. I was sharing a booth with my sister Cynthia and her friend Jen with 2 charming ckcharming.blogspot.com . The weather was great and we ate a lot of food I will definitely do Summerfest again next year.

I recently made 2 skirts and 1 tie for 3 cute kids for Easter, their mom sent me some pictures. I made them out of the same fabrics but the styles are different. I think that they turned out really cute. I loved the tie, I had to go and buy more of that fabric to make some ties for my boys.
